About this file

This is a Questions & Answers document providing clarifications about a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laundry services for the Kentucky Army National Guard's Central Issue Facility (CIF). The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, primarily for returning soldiers from deployments and those discharging from the KY National Guard.

The document reveals that Fred's 2 the Rescue is the incumbent contractor under contract #W912KZ21P0002 P00003 with a current contract value of $31,378.25. The average invoice cost is estimated at $630.35, with 4-5 service requests per month. Pricing must be provided per item rather than by weight, with the USPFO CIF representative providing itemized lists before pickup. Payments under $2,500 can be made weekly via government purchase card, while amounts over $2,500 require a modification and delivery order signed by the Contracting Officer. For quote submission, vendors need only include a completed price list with unit prices initially, with additional documentation requirements (such as insurance certificates and quality control plans) being required post-award.
