Q2) Under 'Past Performance' you mentioned: "The vendor has a proven record of successfully providing same/similar items to the Government under previous contractual arrangements or agreements in support of NMUSA". We have over 25 years of experience with multiple Gov agencies doing similar work. But not specifically with NMUSA. Is that a must for a vendor to have direct experience with NMUSA or is that an error in the document?

A2) Yes, the vendor must have direct experience with NMUSA. This has been determined to be a necessary contractor qualification for this requirement.

Q3) Would you like to see samples of our work, or is that not necessary if we have completed work for the NMUSA in the recent past?

A3) We are not requesting samples of work.

Q4) Is there a deadline for questions?

A4) A deadline wasn’t established for questions; however, questions submitted less than 48 hours prior to the closing date of this announcement may not be considered.

Q5) On the terms and conditions document, under “Purchase limitation," it says the dollar limit for each “Call” is limited to $250.000. Can you please confirm that this is meant to say $250,000?

A5) Yes, this was an error on the BPA Terms and Conditions document. The BPA Call limits are $250,000.00 as stated in the body of the announcement.

Q6) Is there a specific price sheet that I should be using when providing the labor rates, or can we use our own form?

A6) A price quotation is not required. The submission instructions were modified to replace the single reference to “price quotation” with “Business Declaration.”

Q7) Our interpretation of the CAPABILITY STATEMENT Past Performance section is that you're focus is Government contracts. We work with other government entities like the National Park Service, and we produce media for private military museums such as the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor, and the

Navy SEALS Museum. Would those, or other comparable contracts be acceptable under the Past Performance section?

A7) No, the Government specifically requires past performance for work in support of NMUSA. This has been determined to be a necessary contractor qualification for this requirement.
