Both items are priced on a firm fixed-price basis. Delivery is required by September 1, 2026, to HQ 249th Regiment (RTI) in Hermiston, Oregon (DoDAAC: W90KND), with the contractor bearing transportation costs (FOB Destination). Inspection and acceptance will be conducted at both the destination and origin locations, with coordination required with unit personnel for final acceptance. Invoices should be submitted through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. The Government will evaluate quotes based on price and past performance information retrieved from the Supplier Performance Risk System. Past performance scores rated as Red (lowest 5%) or Yellow (Next 10%) will render quotes unacceptable for award consideration.
