About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a Georgia Army National Guard administrative support contract. The document clarifies several aspects of the contract requirements, including that the MEDOPS position is a new contract requirement not previously included. The ID Card services position requires one FTE who will handle approximately 20-30% of the office's 2,000 monthly CAC transactions, with 400-500 DEERS updates also being processed.
The Q&A confirms there is no extension beyond the February 18 proposal due date despite a site visit scheduled for February 12. It clarifies that no positions are dual-hatted, and the contractor's designated lead will only manage their own employees. The document also addresses administrative details regarding form submissions, confirming that no SF30 was issued and updates were made through SAM amended postings, requiring acknowledgment of Q&A 1, Q&A2, and the PWS dated January 23, 2025.
