Quoters must acknowledge receipt of any amendments in their cover letter by the revised due date of December 14, 2023 at 3:00pm EST. The solicitation number is W912JD24Q0004 for 185th Engineer Company catering.

AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION December 12, 2023

AMENDMENT 0001

The solicitation is amended, the hour and date specified for receipt of offer is not extended.

Due date remains unchanged: Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 3:00pmEST.

The Request for Quote (RFQ) W912JD23Q0004 is hereby amended as follows:

Provide a response and clarify a question raised by a contractor.

Question 1Why are the catering companies and restaurants required to have the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection?

Response: The Maine Food code requires food protection certification for eating establishments.

The ‘training’ does not have to be ANSI accredited, but the test has to meet CFP standards (which is the same as required by ANSI).
