The Q&A provides key details about meal service requirements across multiple armory locations in Kansas, including AFRC (Topeka), Leavenworth, Lenexa, Olathe, and Fort Riley. The estimated monthly meal service volumes range from 1,400 to 9,063 meals per month, with service typically occurring on the first weekend of the month, subject to training requirements.

Key operational details include a 30-day advance notice requirement, meal services primarily consisting of lunch (with potential for breakfast and dinner), and meals delivered either as catered buffet or individually boxed. The contract period is from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. Potential contractors must submit questions by July 31, 2025, and proposals by August 10, 2025, to the Contract Specialist Kristy Rubio. The government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, and total price, with the intent to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
