MEMORANDUM FOR CONTRACT FILE
PROJECT: W912JB-16-T-8001; Bldg 6914 Lockers
FROM: 110 MSG/MSC
SUBJECT: SITE VISIT MINUTES
1. A site visit meeting was held for subject project on 16 Jun 2016. The meeting was conducted on location at the 110th Attack Wing, Battle Creek, MI. The following personnel were present:

2. Points of Discussion:
• Introductions were made, and the solicitation/statement of work were reviewed and the following subject matter was highlighted:
o The government is going for higher end lockers that will be in high visibility locations and aesthetics and soft sound features are preferred.
o The government wants keyless lock features that can offer sufficient security without increasing maintenance costs of having to re-key locks should personnel leave.
o It was clarified that the tops of the lockers could be a flat surface and unfinished.
o It was clarified that the lockers could be either melamine or laminate finish, and that wild cherry was the desired color.
o It was clarified that the interior was to be standard white melamine or laminate finish, and the base plate was to be melamine/laminate to match the exterior.
o Venders were to provide all labor for installation, and should coordinate just-in-time delivery to install immediately. The Service Contract Act was not applicable to this acquisition and no wage determinations were being enforced.
o Work will be performed during normal business hours: M-F, 0730 – 1630.
Desired deliver is in August 2016.
o All venders were reminded to register their company information at the SAM website (www.sam.gov) o All questions are to be directed to the Contracting Officer, SMSgt Jonathan Bodus. Email all questions to jonathan.d.bodus.mil@mail.mil, and answers will be given via amendment to the solicitation. All questions must be submitted NLT COB 27 Jun 2016.
o Proposals are due to the Contracting Officer NLT 30 Jun 2016, 1200EST.

• The contractors conducted a field inspection of the proposed sites. No questions were asked during the visit.
