SUBJECT: Project name: Statement of Work (SOW), FT. George C. Wallace Room 130 Auditorium Upgrade
Project Scope
The Contractor will furnish, and install, and program audio/visual equipment in order to upgrade Room 130 Auditorium to a modern digital system. Installation includes cabling and inherent programming for the proper function of the components so that they perform as a coherent system. The completed system will be controlled by a single touch-screen Graphical User Interface (GUI). The Contractor will provide for all planning, execution, implementation, and programming for a new Crestron control and automation systems. The Contractor is responsible for the installation and programming of the system. In addition to installation and programming, this scope of work includes any testing necessary to prove the validity of system operations.

Working Hours
The ALNG works a four day work week (10 hours/day) Tuesday through Friday. Work hours are from 7AM until 5:30PM normally. These are the hours when the Contractor can expect to have normal access to the facility.
Site Visit (Voluntary) Although interested Contractors are not required to perform a site visit, it is strongly encouraged so that the offeror will know enough about the work site to adequately address pricing and scheduling considerations in their offer. Contact the Contracting Officer to coordinate a site visit.
Schedule
The Contractor must commence work and remain actively engaged at the work site until the project is complete. There shall be no breaks in consecutive work days applied to the project unless an exception applies. See the solicitation for more on scheduling.
Mandatory Coordination Meeting
After the awardee has been identified, and prior to commencement of work, there will be a coordination meeting with the Contractor, Customer, and the Contracting Officer. This meeting is mandatory. At this meeting, key roles will be discussed and communication protocol will be established.
The Contractor should use this meeting as an opportunity to seek clarification on any remaining questions regarding scope of work, the nature of component installations, etc. . If the Contractor presents questions that require research, the ALNG has 5 working days to furnish a response.
Acceptance Testing Once installation is complete, the Contractor will test all components to ensure proper installation and will validate system operation through the controls system to demonstrate successful programming. Testing will be accomplished as a side-by-side with the designated Customer representative. The Contractor is free to conduct testing prior to this. However, Customer acceptance of the completed work product is based on observations made during coordinated testing.
Punch List
During the course of the installation, the Customer’s representative will work with Contracting Officer and the Contractor to identify any work in question. If there is a dispute, the Contracting Officer will determine responsibility.
Knowledge Transfer
The Contractor will train up to 5 Customer personnel on component and system operations.
Documentation
The Contractor will furnish owner’s manuals and related documentation that covers processes, data schemes, etc… with regard to each installed component.
Government-Furnished Equipment To Be Determined
Antiterrorism/Operations Security Requirements.
All contractor employees requiring access to Army Installations, facilities, and controlled access areas shall complete Level 1 AT within 30 calendar days after contract start date and within 30 calendar days of new employees commencing performance. The contractor shall submit certificates of completion for each affected contractor and subcontractor employee, to the COR, or to the KO if a COR is not assigned, within 15 calendar days after completion of training.
