Questions:

1. Do you own the AMX programming code and will a full copy of this code be provided to the awarded vendor?

1. What is the make and model of the :

1. Wireless Microphone System

1. Amplifier

1. Audio Mixer

1. Speakers installed

1. How many speakers are installed in the auditorium and please specify the installation placement of each?

2. You mentioned that you wanted a movie mode programmed, are the speakers 8ohm or 70V. If you don’t know please provide the make and model of them requested above I should be able to determine this.

1. Can you provide the dimensions to the opening that the screen is installed in? Can you provide a better photo of the screen’s installation location for I cannot tell by the photos provided if we could mount the new projector screen below the opening or if we have to install it at the same location. Please see below for proposed screen sizes and the relevant case length of the screen is . Is this possible to install it below the current opening?

3. Based on the dimension you have provided, It is my estimate that the screen you have currently installed is a 4:3 230” Diagonal screen. Based on the size of the auditorium you should maintain that diagonal and by upgrading to a 16:9 screen you can see that the case length limits your screen size unless we can install it below.

1. What lens is installed on the projector? This will allow us to make accurate throw distance calculations.
