The quote deadline is 1000 AM HST on August 31, 2026. Key requirements include inspecting and certifying 18 Type A anchor points rated for 500 lbs. static load (310 lbs. maximum per user with required 5,000 lbs. per user capacity), conducting static proof load testing per CFR 1926.502(d)(15) and (16), performing documented field corrosion assessments (salt spray testing not required), and completing rust treatment, epoxy coating, and welding of metal parts within contract scope. Manufacturer specifications are unavailable as anchors were welded installations. Existing D-ring hardware has not been fall-arrest rated and requires verification.
