QUESTIONS & ANSWERS – W912J2-17-Q-0004 WINGSAT Trailer Q1: Paragraph 1 - Are we responsible for the JOC Logos and lettering? If so, please provide definition.

A1: Yes the logos and lettering are the responsibility of the vendor - At a minimum would be large block letters that would say "WISCONSIN JOINT OPERATIONS CENTER" and "WINGSAT" and a logo blown up in color for both sides of the trailer. An example of what the lettering and logo should look like is attached. This is NOT an example of our logo or what we want the trailer to say just conveying the idea of what we are looking for.

Q2: Paragraph 3 - What are the LED lights meant to illuminate? Mast? Ground? Should these be AC or DC powered?

A2: The LED lights will be used to illuminate the ground around the trailer to allow for working outside of the trailer if need be at night. These are to be AC powered.

Q3: Paragraph 3 - Is the IR camera provided and installed by the Government?

A3: No this is not provided or installed by the government, this is to be provided and installed by the Vendor.

A4: No this is not provided or installed by the government, this is to be provided and installed by the Vendor.

Q5: Paragraph 3 - Is the WiFi provided and installed by the Government?

A5: I believe they are referring to the "Wifi Antenna". This is supposed to be a Cellular Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA). This will be utilized to enhance Cell signal coverage INSIDE of the trailer to ensure the Mifi's function properly. This is to be provided and installed by the Vendor.

Q6: Paragraph 4 - The spec makes the statement: "All work stations will be equipped with the specified power and data scheme", yet there is no mention of the scheme made. Please clarify.

Regarding the data scheme - will use a cradlepoint to connect to the Cisco ASA 5506-x which act as the gateway/8-port switch. Each workstation will require 2 Ethernet ports per workstation 1 for computer and 1 for phone. Will require an Ethernet port for the printer.

Data scheme for the Computer aided dispatch will require one additional ethernet port per workstation wired back to a separate switch that will be on its own LAN.
