About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document supporting the Concrete and Aggregates Master BPA solicitation (W912HZ26QA023) issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

The document does not contain specific required products or services details, pricing terms, or response dates, as it serves as a reference supplement to the primary solicitation. Rather, it addresses questions and clarifications submitted by prospective contractors regarding the BPA opportunity. The underlying solicitation seeks concrete and aggregate supplies for ERDC facilities over a five-year period through a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a total estimated pool value not to exceed $5,000,000. The Government anticipates awarding 3-5 BPA positions based on overall best value evaluations. This 100% small business set-aside (NAICS 327390, 500-employee threshold) requires all prospective contractors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to quote submission. Awards will be made on a firm-fixed price basis with no minimum guarantee, and the BPA will expire five years from award date or upon reaching the $5,000,000 limit, whichever occurs first.
