About this file
This document contains two technical questions related to a federal contract opportunity. The first question seeks clarification on 4" Sch 40 PVC Solvent Weld (S/W) Couplings, specifically asking about the intended use - whether they are standard PVC couplings and if they will be used for electrical or plumbing applications.
The second question pertains to the proposal preparation instructions in Section L, focusing on the unusual placement of a "Factor 2 – Past Performance" in Volume I when Volume II is already dedicated to discussing the company's past performance information. The document requests guidance on what different past performance information should be addressed in Volume I compared to Volume II, with a reference to a revised Section L that was not included in this image.

Text version
1) For the items in the Attachment 1 pricing file, our technical product analysis is asking the following:
1. What is the S/W for in 4" Sch 40 PVC S/W Couplings (Is your team looking for standard PVC couplings )
a. Solvent Weld
b. Will these products be used for Electrical or Plumbing?
Please provide the products as described
2) In Section L – Proposal Preparation & Submission Instructions. We know there are 3 volumes we need to prepare for our final submission. Volume II seems to clearly indicate the area to discuss and show the company’s past performance information. Why is there a “Factor 2 – Past Performance” dedicated to past performance in Volume I ? What should be addressed about past performance in Volume I differently than what is dedicated in Volume II?
Please see the revised Section L.
