About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Electrical Supplies Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation W912HZ25QA0005. The Q&A addresses three key points: contract duration (five years from the BPA award date), line items to be priced (including electrical boxes, switches, controls, motors, wire/cable, and HVAC items), and confirmation that the contract is for supplies. The document instructs potential vendors to provide pricing in accordance with Section L of the Solicitation and emphasizes that this is a requirement for Supplies. Vendors are directed to refer to both the price schedule and the broader contract description when preparing their pricing proposal.
