About this file
This file contains market survey questions for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project focused on HVAC repair and related work at Fort Buckner Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Japan District, is conducting market research to identify capable sources and gather industry feedback to support acquisition planning. The survey is intended for local sources only—firms physically located and licensed to conduct business in Japan. This is a pre-solicitation notice and does not constitute a commitment by the Government for follow-on solicitations or awards, and respondents will not be compensated for their participation.
The market survey requests responses from interested firms to assist USACE-POJ in decision-making regarding the FY26 OMSF Repair project (Solicitation Number W912HVZ0013). Information submitted will be retained within USACE and its authorized personnel, agents, consultants, and representatives, though respondents should be aware of FOIA disclosure regulations if they mark information as confidential.
