About this file

The document is a Market Survey Questionnaire for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District. The market survey focuses on identifying local sources physically located and licensed to conduct business in Japan for a project involving a JP-5 Fuel Truck Offload System at MCAS Futenma in Okinawa, Japan. This is a pre-solicitation market research effort intended to gather information from potential local contractors, with the explicit understanding that the survey does not constitute a commitment to a future solicitation or award. All interested companies, including joint ventures, are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and the government emphasizes that no payment will be made for information submitted as part of this market survey.
