About this file
This document is an updated HVAC specifications sheet for an air-cooled split-system installation. The system comprises an indoor CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) unit and an outdoor air-cooled condenser. The outdoor condenser must include a flooded low-ambient control kit appropriate for the climate conditions. The indoor unit is responsible for dehumidification, reheat, and filtration functions.
The system must maintain precise environmental conditions with room temperature stability between 68°F and 72°F and relative humidity between 30% and 60%. Required technical features include modulating hot gas reheat capability, variable-speed inverter-driven compressors for efficient operation, and precise humidifiers for moisture control. These specifications indicate a requirement for precision climate control suitable for sensitive equipment environments or data center applications.

Updated HVAC Specs
An air-cooled setup uses a split architecture: the indoor CRAC unit handles the dehumidification, reheat, and filtration, with an outdoor air-cooled condenser. The outdoor condenser must be equipped with a flooded low-ambient control kit spec for this climate.
Unit must maintain a room environment at a stable 30% to 60% RH at a constant temperature of 68°F to 72°F.
Modulating Hot Gas Reheat
Variable Speed (Inverter-Driven) Compressors
Precise Humidifiers
