About this file
This is an Amendment 02 to a federal solicitation (W912HQ26RA015) issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for calibration services of equipment at Prime Power School. The amendment provides clarifications to three key questions submitted by potential contractors regarding service requirements and timelines.
The solicitation requires NIST traceable calibration services, though ISO 17025 accreditation is not mandatory. Contractors may propose onsite calibration service, which is the government's preferred approach, or depot (in-lab) service, which is acceptable provided equipment is returned within four weeks. The performance period for onsite services runs from October through November 15, 2026. The amendment does not specify contract value, pricing terms, set-asides, or award date information.

Solicitation # W912HQ26RA015
Amendment 02
Calibration of Equipment for Prime Power School
The purpose of this Amendment 02 to this solicitation is to provide answers to the questions received.
1) Calibration service level = ISO 17025 accredited cal w/uncertainties?
Answer: While ISO 17025 is not required, NIST traceable calibration is required.
2) Onsite or in lab (depot) service – did you want as much of this list quoted onsite as possible or just the items labeled as “onsite” and everything else depot? Onsite is a premium service and depot is more economical plus we have expanded capabilities in our lab. Let me know.
Answer: Onsite is preferred, however depot service is acceptable with 4-week total time off site.
3) Time frame = if you want us to come onsite, what is the timeline expectation for this?
Answer: October to 15 November 2026
