6. Confirm that need for GAP 3.0 versus latest release of GAP (4.0)
**GAP 4.0 to be released in June 2018
**Answer - The scope of work requires GAP 3.0. However, if GAP 4.0 is available and fully compatible with the equipment specified, it will be expected to be an acceptable alternate, if requested by the Vendor and approved by the Government.
7. We have taken a closer look at the MicroNet system components detailed in the package and we find several inconsistencies such as the specification of modules that are already obsolete. We are sure we can clarify all on these concerns by talking with the customer.
**Answer: Please remember that our goal is to achieve "Brand Name or Equal". "Equal products are acceptable, if they are the Best Value for the Federal Government. In addition, some of the parts on the list may also be obsolete. Again, our current equipment is old. As a result, please contact the Brand
Name vendor (Woodward) for assistance in locating the replacement items.
8. Is there a chance that both tasks could be done in the same outage?
**Answer: Very remote chance that both MicroNet and SCADA could be done in the same outage
9. Do we need to assume there will be three separate outages, one per unit? Or, is it possible for the plant to have all three units in outage at the same time?
**Answer: Yes, three separate outages will be required - one for each unit. It is not possible for the plant to have all three units in outage at the same time for this project.
