About this file
This document is an attachment that contains the binding labor rates for a federal contract opportunity, W912HN-24-R-1002 ERS SATOC.
The attachment provides the burdened hourly rates for various labor categories over a 3-year contract period, as well as a 6-month extension option. The rates are exclusive of profit and will serve as the maximum rates that can be proposed at the task order level. The estimated hours for each discipline are provided for price evaluation purposes only and do not guarantee any minimum amount of work. The total evaluated price for the contract is calculated by adding the extended prices for Years 1-3 and the 6-month extension. Travel, other direct costs, and subcontracting will be negotiated separately for each task order as required. The contract will be a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with a maximum ordering capacity of $10 million.
