| Note 1: For ordering purposes, the table and information shown above are incorporated as part of the contract. The rates proposed in response to the solicitation requirements are incorporated above and serve as the binding rates for this contract and will be used for price evaluation. Prices used in formulating proposals shall be dictated by the date of task order requirement (i.e. Year 1, Year 2, etc.). These rates will be the maximum rates that can be proposed at the task order level. A contractor may utilize lower rates during future task order proposal process. Modifications to task orders will reflect the applicable labor rates to be used at the time the solicitation for modification is issued. | ||||
| Note 2: Labor rates shall be burdened which includes raw labor, overhead, fringe and G&A. Profit for labor shall be negotiated at the task order level and are not included in the above binding rates. | ||||
| Note 3: Travel shall be negotiated for each task order as required. Travel and Per diem shall be calculated in accordance with the Government’s Joint Travel Regulation and Supplements. Travel shall include G&A only and shall not include profit. | ||||
| Note 4: Other Direct Costs (ODCs) for specialized equipment and supplies will be negotiated for each task order as required. | ||||
| Note 5: Subcontracting costs will be negotiated for each task order as required. | ||||
| Note 6: Other disciplines not listed as binding labor disciplines above will be negotiated for each task order as required and shall be burdened rates as annotated in Note 2 above. | ||||
| Note 7: An additional six (6) months may be added to the contract following the base, should FAR 52.217-8 be exercised. No additional capacity will be added should this option be exercised. |
