About this file

This is a summary of a solicitation for a Multi-Location Single Award Task Order Contract for Design-Build and General Construction services across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. The solicitation will result in three SATOC awards to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District, with a focus on Fort Bragg, Fort Gordon and Fort Stewart respectively. The SATOCs have a base period of two years with three one-year options and a capacity of $49 million (SB set-aside), $49 million (HUBZone set-aside) and $30 million (HUBZone set-aside). Task orders will range from $150,000 to $5 million on a firm-fixed price basis for new construction, upgrades, maintenance and repair projects. The evaluation will use a two-phase design-build selection and best value determination. Phase I criteria are past performance and design experience, while Phase II criteria are technical approach and price. Offerors must register in SAM and proposals are due by the specified date in the solicitation, with award anticipated shortly thereafter.

On solicitation page 13 it says that "Offerors may also submit a CPARS evaluation for each relevant project. Ensure that the PPQs or CPARS evaluations submitted..." Does this mean that offerors can provide CPARS evaluations for Factor 1 projects instead of PPQs?
