It will be the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that the storage tanks are kept at a sufficient level to support uninterrupted system operation and to prevent system pressure drops. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that the storage tanks are filled at a rate that does not cause shutdown of the system due to high pressure. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to ensure proper operation of the valves when filling storage tanks. Storage facilities consist of two (2) twenty-two thousand (22,000) gallon storage tanks. The contractor shall be responsible for all hoses and adapters necessary to transfer the oxygen from the tanker truck to the liquid storage tanks.
