About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal solicitation W912GY26QA003, dated March 5, 2026. The document does not address specific products or services required, response dates, award dates, pricing terms, or other contract particulars. Instead, it clarifies three technical and specification matters raised by potential offerors.

The Q&A clarifications are: (1) the requirement is not brand-name specific and specifications are detailed in the "Continuation of Description" section on page 3 of the SF1449 form; (2) while the part number MID-TM60-6-50-BLK specifies black color, Tan is also acceptable as an alternative color option (NATO Green was questioned but not explicitly approved); and (3) the reference to standard MIL-H-53073 has been removed from the solicitation because all specifications align with MIL-PRF-370 and the two standards cannot be applied simultaneously. These clarifications provide flexibility on color selection and eliminate conflicting specification standards for offerors responding to this Army Corps of Engineers (W912GY) procurement.
