Text version
1. The labor pricing of 1920 hours, is that for 2 men at 1920 hours each?
Correct. The contractor will provide two service personnel who will provide 1,920 hours productive hours each.
2. What are the current COVID requirements?
Wear face masks when within 6 feet of other folks. Masks can be removed when outdoors and no one is nearby.
3. Does the labor pricing include sight services such as facilities, equipment, and staging areas?
Means and methods are the contractor’s responsibility. Contractors finial bid price is what will be evaluated.
4. Who has the current contract and what was the awarded amount?
There is no current contract or incumbent contractor at this time.
5. The bid form asks for a labor charge for base year, yr 1 and yr 2 for two men labor at 1920 hours. I am assuming that you want that total written on the line provided. There is also a line at item number
9000. What is this asking for and are we supposed to supply a value on this line?
The offeror will only fill in the green “Hourly Rate” cells in column F. The “Unit Price” and “Total
Price” cells are automatically populated once the “Hourly Rate” cells in column F are filled in by the offeror. The 9000 CLIN is a no cost CLIN for Contract Data Requirements List items that is a required CLIN on Government contracts. The 9000 CDRLs CLIN does not require the offeror to fill in any pricing information; it is just there for reference.
6. We are then to fill out attachment 0001 price evaluation sheet. Each year there are two line items for the exact same thing. 1001 Labor Category 1 and 1002 Labor Category 2. Are these supposed to be for each person onsite?
The Government anticipates that a work crew of two people working 1,920 productive hours per week will be sufficient to perform the work required by this solicitation. Each worker will provide 1,920 productive hours. The offeror will fill in the hourly rate for each worker in the green “Hourly Rate” cells in column F.
7. The solicitation form requests a two man crew so on that line you want the labor dollars combined but on the evaluation sheet we are to break down each man individually?
The offeror will fill in the green “Hourly Rate” cells for each of the two workers. This will automatically populate the green “Unit Price” and “Total Price” cells.
8. Is there a site visit scheduled for the subject Contract Opportunity?
No
