AmmNo3_School Calendar 2024 2025.docx

This document is a school calendar for the 2024/2025 academic year for the Shape International School (SIS) located in Belgium. It outlines the first and last days of school for various national groups attending the SIS, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Turkey, and Greece. The calendar also details school holidays, breaks, and closures throughout the academic year.

The related federal contract opportunity is for the construction of a new three-story academic classroom building for the SIS in Belgium. The project will construct a 5,500 square meter facility to replace the existing school buildings located at the SHAPE site. The new building will include administrative offices, classrooms, an information center, and other required spaces for a fully functional school. Site improvements such as playgrounds, lighting, recreation areas, and infrastructure like water, sewer, and electrical will also be included. The project has an estimated construction value of $10 million to $25 million. A site visit is scheduled for March 20, 2024, and interested vendors must submit an SF 550 form no later than March 8, 2024 to attend. The new facility must be integrated with the SIS academic calendar.
