About this file
This document summarizes bidder inquiries and responses for a design-build project to construct a school facility in Bowe, Senegal. The project involves clearing, grubbing, and grading the site; constructing a two-story school building with two classrooms per story; and building a multi-compartment latrine building. The Army Corps of Engineers responded to five bidder questions on August 24, 2020, clarifying that concrete floor sealer is required for all areas instead of ceramic tiles, confirming monthly progress payments, and stating that bidders may submit up to five past performance questionnaires with their proposals. The responses aim to ensure bidders have the necessary information and understanding of contract requirements for the school construction project in Bowe, Senegal.
