This document is a Solicitation/Contract for Commercial Products and Services issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the inspection and potential repair of a radial thrust bearing on a VOSTA HPD 550-1350-280 dredge pump. The contract is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with a firm fixed-price arrangement. The primary objective is to perform a comprehensive inspection of the radial thrust bearing assembly, identify and document any wear or damage, replace damaged components as approved, and conduct functional testing to restore the bearing to full operational capability.

Key details include a performance period from November 17, 2025, to January 15, 2026, with work to be completed at the Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works Service Base in Fountain City, Wisconsin. The contractor must provide a detailed inspection report with photographic documentation, use only OEM-certified parts, follow manufacturer procedures, and obtain government approval before replacing any components. The technical point of contact is Adam Loven, and the inspection and repair must comply with VOSTA HPD operation and maintenance manuals, OEM technical drawings, and applicable industry standards. The contractor will be required to provide documentation of testing, compliance with installation requirements, and verification of the bearing's restored operational condition.
