About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project to procure aluminum materials for a spillway sluicegate fabrication at Lock and Dam 7. The amendment modifies multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) by correcting dimensional descriptions from "height" to "length" for various aluminum plates, tubes, and channels, while maintaining consistent material specifications of 6061-T6 or 6061-T6 ASTM B308.

The solicitation requires delivery of specific aluminum materials to two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers service bases in Pleasant Valley, IA and Fountain City, WI by July 31st, 2025. Materials must conform to the Buy American Act, ASTM B209/B209M and B308/B308M standards, be clean, free of defects, and have weld-acceptable cut edges. The contractor must provide verifiable mill certification electronically before shipment and follow specific packaging and marking requirements. Quantities range from 2-6 pieces per CLIN, with thicknesses varying from 0.187" to 1" and dimensions up to 50" width and 220" length.
