About this file

This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for the Our Mississippi Newsletters contract. The amendment provides additional questions and answers to clarify requirements. The contractor will produce three printed newsletters on programs related to the entire Mississippi River system, including the Upper and Lower River portions. This involves writing, editing, designing, artwork, and mailing of the newsletters. The newsletters will be printed on 50 lb minimum recycled paper in 14"x21" size using soy ink. The amendment clarifies that 508 compliance is the government's responsibility. It also provides the 10 USACE field office distribution locations and 4 international shipment destinations in Canada. An address list of 50,000 contacts will be provided to the printing contractor after award.
