About this file

This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation for a dredging services contract. The Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to remove approximately 20,000 cubic yards of dredge material from the Homer Upland Placement Site and transport it to the Yeadke Quarry, approximately 5 miles away. The response date for bids has been extended to February 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM, and the measurement terms have been updated to specify the Yeadke Quarry as the placement site rather than the original Homer West Upland Placement Site referenced in the initial solicitation. Additionally, the amendment includes the addition of FAR Clause 52.228-1 regarding bid guarantees to the instructions for procurement. The solicitation allows for up to three optional additions of 10,000 cubic yards each to the base quantity of 20,000 cubic yards.
