The following questions were asked and answered from 22 July 2009 to 04 August 2009 for Request for Quotation W912ES-09-R-0025 (Lock and Dam 3 Navigation Improvements):
Question 1:
Patricia, could we get the following forms in Word Format?
Attachment 1 - Phase One Proposal Data Sheet (Tab A)
Attachment 2 - Past Performance Evaluation Questionnaire:
Design (Tab C)
Attachment 3 - Past Performance Evaluation Questionnaire:
Construction (Tab C)
I thought that we could take the .pdf of the RFQ and import these forms in Word but have been told that does not work very well.
William, I would like to make the same request as below for your Lock and Dam #3 Lower Embankments Project. Thanks.
Answer to Question 1:
The Government posted these Word documents on 22 July 2009.
Question 2:
W912ES-09-R-0026 We are having some problems finding the 2006/2007 investigations including borings in documents.
Please provide direction on finding these ASAP.
Answer to Question 2:
Just want to let you know that we just put on Amendment 0002 for W912ES-09-R-0026 on www.fbo.gov.
Question 3:
Would it be permissible to place a cover letter on the RFQ?
Answer to Question 3:
In response to your question, a cover letter is not authorized in the Request for Qualifications submittal requirements or with our evaluation methodology.
Therefore, any cover letter would not be considered in the evaluation process.
Question 4:
Will the shortlist firms for the subject solicitation be given the native CADD files for the drawings that are shown as PDF’s on the website? If yes, this would greatly help in preparing competitive bids.
Answer to Question 4:
Yes. We will be providing CADD files with the RFPs.
