We also needed to make sure that this will be an acceptable manufacturing tolerance for this product. Weight per foot is also lists as 48lbs for the 12”x12”. Please also note that 12”x12” is the nominal dimensions. Actual dimensions are 11.75”x11.75” with a ¼” manufacturing tolerance.
Yes, the actual dimensions of 11.75”x11.75” is acceptable for a lumber product nominally measured as 12”x12”.
