About this file

This federal solicitation seeks proposals for repairs to restore the North Jetty of Lake Worth Inlet in Palm Beach County, Florida to its original profile and cross-section. Work includes procuring and placing armor stones weighing 6 to 14 tons along identified repair areas of the approximately 900-foot-long jetty. A pre-construction benthic survey and any required coral relocations must also be completed. Proposals are due by 24 August 2020. Access to work areas is limited, so water-based equipment certified for marine construction is required. Construction must be performed during daylight hours. The solicitation is designated as NAICS code 237990 with a $39.5 million size standard and is unrestricted.
