About this file
The document is a Sources Sought Questionnaire for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Advanced Contract Initiative (ACI) for Debris Management Services. The questionnaire seeks detailed information from potential contractors about their capabilities in disaster debris removal, including experience with various debris streams, mobilization timelines, response team structure, environmental compliance, technological capabilities, and operational expertise. Key areas of inquiry include the company's ability to rapidly deploy crews, manage large-scale debris removal across multiple locations, utilize technology like drones for damage assessment, handle different types of debris (fire, vegetative, construction, hazardous), and work in complex logistical environments.
The document is part of a broader market research effort to identify qualified businesses for regional debris management contracts across the United States and its territories. Interested companies are asked to complete the comprehensive questionnaire, which covers topics such as previous debris removal contracts, subcontracting practices, equipment inventory, project management systems, and experience with right of entry processes. The initial response deadline is 2:00 PM CDT on Monday, June 16, 2025, with continued acceptance of responses until 2:00 PM CDT on Monday, June 23, 2025. Responses should be emailed to Christopher McCabe, referencing the Notice ID W912EK-25-SS-ACI_Debris_01, with the NAICS code 562119 - Other Waste Collection.
