4. Question: JSN U0207 & JSN U0207M, the height requested is 34”high. ERG’s standard height for the Verona Banquette Booth is 36”high. Changing the height to 34” will increase the price.

Please let us know which height we should quote in our proposal.

Answer: Overall height of ERG Verona Series Banquette is 36”High not 34”High. 34” high was listed in error. (See Revised Furniture Illustration Sheets)

5. Question: Furniture Illustration Sheets [Reference - RFP Page 12, (b)]: Are these required even if the offeror is proposing the items exactly as specified in the CID?

Answer: Yes. If the prosed item is the same as the item identified in the CID, technical data is not required, but Furniture Illustration Sheets are still required for all items.

6. Question: Please confirm Phase 1 Install (ACC) is to begin January 2019 and that FOD is not until 1 year later (January 2020).

Answer: Correct, Phase 1 install of the miscellaneous furniture is currently planned to begin 7 January 2019. FOD is January 2020.

7. Question: What is the anticipated start date for installation of Phase 2 Hospital?

Answer: As soon as the ACC has completed installing, installation of the hospital will begin.

Reference PWS 16.1: “The entire ACC will be installed followed in succession by the installation of the remainder of the hospital.”

8. Question: What is the anticipated move start date?

Answer: Approximately October 2019; Quoter shall propose their most realistic schedule for a successful installation of all required products and services under this RFQ.

9. Question: Past Performance – [Reference – RFP Page 14, FACTOR 3: Past Performance]:

RFP references Attachment D as the PPQ. The PPQ file is named “Attach_E…”, and the document’s actual title is “Attachment G, EXPERIENCE -PAST PERFORMANCE REFERENCE”. Is this the correct document? It does not appear to be a document that would be completed by the customer.

Answer: The PPQ is Attachment E, see revised attachment. The RFP page 14 referencing “attachment G” was a clerical error, see revised Instructions to Quoters.

10. Question: Please clarify if the document is to be submitted by the offeror with the proposal/quote (RFP – page 14) no later than April 30, or was due via email and no later than April 11 (RFP - Page 14).

Answer: PPQs are due by 30-April. See revised Instructions to Quoters.

11. Question: Given the requirement for hardcopy submission, will the Government consider extending the proposal due date?

Answer: The RFQ has been revised. Electronic submissions are now allowed by 30-April, followed by the required hardcopy submittal due NLT 3-May-2018.
