Seismic Design Buildings
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION QUESTIONNAIRE
The government will determine your company’s capability to accomplish this requirement based on your responses to this questionnaire.
The questionnaire consists of two parts: a relevancy matrix and information for each contract cited in the relevancy matrix.
On the Relevancy Matrix below, place a check/mark for the tasks/criteria that your firm performed for the contract listed on the matrix.
2.1.1 Training Tasks. The Contractor shall identify selected tasks necessary to meet the purpose and goals of this training course.
2.1.2 Student Learning Objectives. Contractor shall develop student learning objectives, as required, based on the identified training tasks.
2.1.3 Test for Measurement of Student Achievement (of the approved learning objectives) Pretest and Post-test. The Contractor shall develop pre-test and post test questions to measure achievement of each approved measurable student learning objective for assigned lecture.
2.1.4 Instructor Lesson Plans (ILPs). The Contractor shall develop instructor lesson plans, as required, based on the learning objectives to meet the identified training requirements.
2.1.5 Student Course Manual. Contractor shall develop a student course manual that incorporates the Schedule of Instruction , learning objectives, course documentation (content), visual aids, handouts that supports the learning objectives and instructor lectures, as well as from any existing course materials.
2.1.6 Practical Exercises. The Contractor shall develop, at contractor’s discretion, practical exercises to complement instructional content.
2.1.7 Instructor Manual. The Contractor shall develop an instructor manual that incorporates all lesson plans, course data, visuals, handouts, and practical exercises.
