The contract requires performance and payment bonds, with bid guarantees set at 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less. The solicitation includes eight line items and two option line items for equipment rental with operator services. The primary line items include: two track-mounted hydraulic excavators (Cat 325F L and Cat 320 or similar models) with specifications for minimum horsepower, weight, and reach; four 10-12 cubic yard dump trucks for hauling Class V riprap; hydroseed services; and construction site toilet service. Each item specifies regular hourly rates, overtime rates, mobilization/demobilization costs, and estimated hours. All work is subject to Davis Bacon wage determination requirements.
