The amendment extends the solicitation period to 28 July 10am PST and changes the period of performance to 14 August to 30 September 2025. The scope of work involves installing silt fencing, repairing/replacing armor rock along levee slopes, placing base course and topsoil, and hydroseeding disturbed areas near Everett, WA. Equipment specifications are detailed, including minimum requirements for horsepower, weight, and bucket sizes. The project will be conducted in coordination with the Emergency Management Representative, with safety requirements following EM 385-1-1 standards. The contractor must pre-screen candidates using the E-verify program and provide personnel with appropriate PPE. Payment will be based on actual hours worked, with a lump sum for mobilization and demobilization.
