About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to solicitation W912DW25Q0008, issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District, which modifies the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for repair of an emergency generator at Mud Mountain Dam in Enumclaw, Washington.

The amendment makes two key changes: 1) Updates sections 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 of the PWS, specifically reducing the required load bank test duration from 48 hours to 24 hours after repairs are completed, and 2) Adds a visitor list from November 25, 2024 pre-bid site visit, which includes Eagle Equipment Repair and Full Throttle Diesel as attendees. The core work remains unchanged, involving repair of a Cummins NT855G ONAN diesel generator that is experiencing oil and coolant leaks, with work to include replacing head gaskets, seals, hoses, filters, water pump, fuel injectors and other components. The contractor must complete all work within 30 days of award, working Monday-Friday 0700-1600 hours, and provide a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
