May 30, 2024 Questions and Responses
1. Question: I see this is a fixed-fee project—would it be possible to bill this on a percent complete basis?
Response: Under a Firm Fixed Price contract a proper invoice includes only services completed. Under the resulting ID/IQ the Government expects to award multiple Task Orders for CLIN 0001 with quantities between 20 and 40 each. Invoicing procedures will be provided at the Task Order level that will allow the contractor to invoice for quantities as they are completed.
