About this file

This document is an Amendment 2 for a FIMI 3D Well Relocation Construction project in Ocean Beach, NY. The amendment details modifications to the building and generator specifications for Well Station #5, located at 503 Bayberry Walk. Key changes include:

Specific modifications involve relocating the building footprint to accommodate exterior fence footings, moving the concrete blowoff tank access hatch and float switch, and increasing the generator size by 6 inches based on updated manufacturer specifications. The amendment also corrects a previous reference to Nassau County, updating it to reflect Suffolk County Department of Health Services and Town of Islip. Multiple construction documents were revised to incorporate these changes, including site plans, construction plans, power and lighting plans, and a specification section for the diesel engine-driven generator. The project involves constructing a well station with a generator set, fuel tank, and associated equipment, with detailed requirements for installation, testing, and performance specifications.

AMENDMENT 2

FIMI 3D Well Relocation Construction

Building footprint relocated to accommodate the location of exterior fence footings. In addition, the concrete blowoff tank access hatch and associated high level float switch were relocated.

The generator size has increased by 6” based on the latest sizing provided by a generator manufacturer which was used as the basis of design. Additionally, there was an incorrect reference to Nassau County with respect to the generator installation which has been revised to reflect Suffolk County Department of Health Services and Town of Islip. The following construction documents were revised to include the modifications noted.
