The following have been added by full text:

Questions and Responses for the Market Research Survey for Debris Removal at the Washington Harbor, Potomac, and Anacostia

Question 1: What type of debris is it?

Answer 1: We collect all types of debris that we find on the river including, but not limited to, trees, creosote logs and beams, pressure treated lumber, propane tanks, parts of floating docks, small derelict vessels, large fenders, refrigerators, empty barrels and tanks, old buoys, and tires. General garbage and trash is also picked up sometimes as well for disposal.

Question 2: Is the debris contaminated with a chemical or oil?

Answer 2: Some of the debris is creosote and pressure treated and some do have residual oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OFFERORS

Offers shall be prepared in accordance with these instructions, providing all required information in the specified format. Official submission will be documented in accordance with the date and time stamp of the email submission.

Proposals shall be submitted via email ONLY to Mr. Keilow King at keilow.king@usace.army.mil no later than due date listed in Box 8 of Solicitation.

The Government will honor Requests for Information (RFI) regarding this procurement. Should the Offeror choose to submit questions, they must be submitted by email to Keilow King at keilow.king@usace.army.mil no later than 11:00AM EST on 13 April, 2023. This will allow responses to be posted on FBO prior to solicitation closing.

Questions may not be accepted after the cutoff date/time above.
