3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PREQUALIFICATION

For the Government’s review of the interested contractor’s response to the Prequalification Pre-solicitation Notice, the review will consist of a determination of whether or not the interested contractor’s response meets the minimum acceptable requirements as stated in each requirement, in order to determine whether a “GO” rating is warranted. This is to apply to Requirements 1-2. The Government will not review the Prequalification responses to determine strengths during the Prequalification stage. Interested contractor’s responses must be rated “GO” for both Prequalification requirements in order to be prequalified/qualified to move on to consideration for the Source Selection evaluation. A rating of “NO-GO” for either of the Prequalification requirements will result in an interested contractor being removed from consideration for the Source Selection evaluation. Paragraphs 4.0 and

5.0 describe the Government’s rating systems for Prequalification and the basis of advancement to the source selection evaluation in more depth. The Government will not carry over “evaluations” from the Prequalification for consideration in the Source Selection.
