Question: Are two past performance questionnaires required?

Answer: Please see “2. PAST PERFORMANCE”, “Contractors shall submit two (2) past performance references, with the attached Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) to completed, including both the customer point of contact information and details of the work performed. Past performance information shall be recent (performance within the last three years) and relevant to this scope of work. The references are to return the completed PPQ directly to Mark Ryan Andrews at mark.r.andrews@usace.army.mil.”

Question: We certainly don’t want to ignore the “not to exceed” limit, but how could we respond within the 10-page allowance, with the added unusual request for 9-pages of information sheets as part of it?

Answer: The total page limit for the capability statement is now 20 pages.
