CASE NARRATIVE
Project: DSCR- Lobe Effluent
Report Number: 680-154854-1
With the exceptions noted as flags or footnotes, standard analytical protocols were followed in the analysis of the samples and no problems were encountered or anomalies observed. In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established control limits, with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within the constraints of the method. In the event of interference or analytes present at high concentrations, samples may be diluted. For diluted samples, the reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required.
RECEIPT
The samples were received on 07/03/2018; the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the coolers at receipt was 2.2 C.
VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (GC/MS)
Sample OU8-PWS-1-EFF_070218 (680-154854-1) was analyzed for Volatile Organic Compounds (GC/MS) in accordance with EPA SW-846 Method 8260B. The samples were analyzed on 07/12/2018.
The continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with batch 680-531240 recovered above the upper control limit for 2,2-Dichloropropane, Bromomethane and Trichlorofluoromethane. The samples associated with this CCV were non-detects for the affected analytes; therefore, the data have been reported.
The laboratory control sample (LCS) and laboratory control sample duplicate (LCSD) for analytical batch 680-531240 recovered outside control limits for the following analytes: Bromomethane. This analyte was biased high in the LCS and was not detected in the associated samples; therefore, the data have been reported.
Insufficient sample volume was available to perform a matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) associated with analytical batch
680-531240.
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.

CASE NARRATIVE
Project: DSCR- Lobe Effluent
Report Number: 680-154857-1
Sample OU8-PW2-JUL2018 (680-154857-1) was analyzed for Volatile Organic Compounds (GC/MS) in accordance with EPA SW-846 Method 8260B.
Insufficient sample volume was available to perform a matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) associated with analytical batch 680-531240.
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.
