About this file

This document appears to be an amendment to a solicitation's Attachment 1 Submission Requirements, specifically updating the relevancy criteria for project experience under Factor 1: Performance Confidence. The amendment modifies the escalation factor from 10% to 3.5% for project valuation and provides detailed requirements for relevant project submissions.

The document outlines five key project experience requirements: (a) projects valued at $90,000,000 or greater using a 3.5% yearly escalation factor, (b) experience with new multi-story, multi-unit dwelling construction (such as barracks, hotels, dormitories, or apartments), (c) demonstrated work with DoD criteria and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), (d) compliance with USACE Contractor Construction Quality Management, and (e) experience working in constrained settings without disrupting nearby housing developments. These criteria are designed to assess a proposer's capabilities and relevant past performance for the solicited project.
