About this file
This document is Amendment #1 to Solicitation W912DQ24Q1064 for the Tuttle Creek Project Roof Replacement. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tuttle Creek Lake Project, has a requirement for roof replacement construction on the Tuttle Creek Administration Building. The existing 20+ year old EPDM roof must be removed, and a new EPDM sloped roofing system, along with new gutters and downspouts, must be installed. The contract is structured with a Base CLIN and an Optional CLIN. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000, with an estimated period of performance of 180 days. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside requirement. Interested contractors must have an active SAM registration to submit quotes through the PIEE Solicitation Portal. Contractors will need to attend a required site visit to view the existing conditions.
