Contracted users will include a primary D-B firm; a design consultant A-E firm; a commissioning A-E firm; and five small-business construction contractors. All will be working under their own contracts. The five small business construction contractors will be building a remote inspection facility, two access control points, landscaping install, visitor control center parking lot, and on-site construction office.
