Questions Received by Interested Contractors:

1. The second part of the work refers to preventative maintenance on the track, seals and adjusting panels for plumb, etc. Does this portion of work refer to the panels that are located in all 6 pocket storage areas and the tracks for the entire installation?

This requirement is for just one set (6 panels) within its docking station. This requirement is not for the entire room/installation.

2. So instead of what was published originally about two panels needing something done to the bottom seals, we are to quote an inspection and eventual repair of the one panel that was stuck and couldn't be moved out of the pocket area?

PWS 3.1 includes the top track repair and also repair of any other bottom track seals found during inspection.

3. For this project, how do we invoice you?

This contract will be paid via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Please refer to provision/clause 252.232-7006 for Payment instructions on submitting an invoice. You may also utilize the WAWF helpdesk at 866-618-5988.
